  1. As claimed by Stanford Medical, It's in fact the ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years longer and weigh 19 kilos lighter than we do.

    (By the way, it really has NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret diet and absolutely EVERYTHING to do with "how" they are eating.)
